2. Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

(1) Sangju Drink for oral administration is flavored with: mulberry leaves, chrysanthemums, forsythia, peppermint, platycodon, almonds, reed roots, licorice, dandelion, Burdock seeds. Slightly decoct the medicine, take 300 ml of juice, take it warmly in 2 times, 1 to 2 doses per day.

If the lung heat is excessive, add Scutellaria baicalensis and Anemarrhenae; if there is pain in the throat and crackling sound, add Shegan, red peony root and hanging golden lamp; if the phlegm is coughed, add more almonds, mulberry bark, winter melon seeds and Pibi leaves: chest pain If the breathing is difficult, add melon peel and turmeric; heat damages the lungs and fluids, dry throat, dry mouth, and red tongue. If appropriate, add Nansha ginseng and Trichosanthes trichosanthes; in the summer heat, add talc, licorice, and fresh lotus leaves; if there is blood in the phlegm, Or for nose dryness and epistaxis, add paeonol bark, grass root, Eclipta japonica, and Platycladus orientalis leaves; for those with excessive lung heat and no external symptoms, remove mint and platycodon and add skullcap and gardenia; if the body heat is severe and there is a slight bad wind, If sweating is not smooth, add Yinhua, tempeh, and bamboo leaves; if the breath is reversed, the breath is thick, and the nose is irritated, accompanied by body heat and bad wind, add ephedra, gypsum, skullcap, and chestnut bark; if you have fever and aversion to cold, add ephedra, gypsum, skullcap, and chestnut bark. If the throat is red, swollen and painful, the eyelids are swollen, then the limbs and the whole body are swollen, and the onset is rapid, it is a sign of widespread Feng Shui. Add ephedra, gypsum, Alisma, and Poria.

(2) External application of medicine ① Pound banana root, table salt, and mash it into pieces. Apply externally to Zhongting, Jiuwei, and Jique points. Change the medicine after it dries until the body temperature returns to normal. Suitable for colds and high fever. ② Green onions, mint leaves, and rice wine. Put the green onions in a bowl, add half a cup of warm boiled water to make the juice, then stir in the rice wine, brew the mint leaves for 1 to 2 minutes, pour out the rice wine (do not use the mint leaves), and add the green onion juice and uniform. Dip a towel into the juice and rub the temples, elbow fossae, palms of both hands, popliteal fossae, soles of the feet, both sides of the tailbone and between the front and rear chest and ribs. Apply evenly and moderately. ③ Mix equal amounts of light tempeh, forsythia, and mint, crush and sift. First, take the powdered medicine, add an appropriate amount of green onion, and pound until it becomes a paste. Apply to Fengchi and Dazhui acupoints, cover with gauze, and fix with tape, then take 15 minutes of the powdered medicine. Gram, fill it into the Shenque point, then drip the medicine on it with cold water, and wrap it with cloth or flour to prevent the dripping water from spilling out. It will heal when the medicine gas enters the abdomen. ④ Apply rhubarb, Glauber's salt, and well mud to the temples to treat exogenous high fever and sun headaches.

(3) Diet therapy ① Mulberry leaf and chrysanthemum drink: 10 grams each of mulberry leaves, chrysanthemums, and licorice. Mix them and brew with boiling water. Take it frequently instead of tea. ② Yinghua mint drink: 30 grams of silver flowers, 10 grams of mint, and 60 grams of fresh reed root. First add 500 ml of water to the Yinghua and Reed Roots, fry for 15 minutes, then add the mint and boil for 3 minutes, filter out and add an appropriate amount of sugar, and drink warmly. 3 to 4 times a day. It is most suitable for those with high fever and polydipsia. ③ Hangzhou chrysanthemum sugar tea: 30 grams of Hangzhou chrysanthemum, soak in boiling water in a teapot, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and drink frequently instead of tea. It is suitable for patients with early onset of wind-heat, cold, headache and fever. ④ Add 30 grams of Honey Silver Dew and Silver Flower to 500 ml of water, decoct the juice and remove the residue. After cooling, add 30 grams of white honey, mix thoroughly, and take it in 3 to 4 times. Suitable for cough and sore throat caused by wind-heat. ⑤Mangxing drink: 10 grams of mulberry leaves, 5 grams each of almonds and adenophora, 3 grams of Sichuan scallops, 15 grams of pear peel, and 10 grams of rock sugar. Decoct in water instead of tea. This recipe is often used for acute bronchitis and unresolved residual heat after illness. Symptoms include dry cough without phlegm.
