1June, 932, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Fuzhou took the guerrilla armed struggle of workers and peasants in northeast Fujian centered on Lianjiang and Fuan as the top priority of its work. To this end, the municipal party Committee has made careful preparations. In mid-June, Tao Zhu, who is proficient in the art of military struggle, came to Lianjiang and made a field trip to Guanban Heshan Village. It is understood that Heshan Village has high water cooling and barren land. More than 30 families in the village are poor, living by collecting firewood and renting main fields, and Heshan Village has secretly established a party branch. Tao Zhu and Yang Erchang agreed to open Heshan as a guerrilla base. Under the cover of "catching seafood" business, Yang Erchang, secretary of the Special Branch, sent party member Lin Jizao and Lin Jitong to receive a red flag, a bugle call, five broadswords and other military supplies from Fan Chuan Pu Traffic Station in Cangshan, Fuzhou Central Committee, and secretly transported them back to Lianjiang-Guanban Heshan Village.
On the morning of June 19, a loud horn sounded in Guanyin Pavilion of Heshan Huguo Temple. Yang Erchang led the former secret service team to gather in front of Guanyin Pavilion to hold a solemn flag-raising ceremony. Representatives of the municipal party Committee awarded flags to guerrilla leaders. The flag is embroidered with "Min Zhong Di 1 Detachment of Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants", and it is flying on a tall bamboo pole. This guerrilla group was later called "the Workers and Peasants Guerrilla TeamNo. 13 in Central Fujian" by the local people. The municipal party Committee appointed Lin Bingguang (Wang, who defected later) as the division leader. The political commissar was originally planned to be Chen (Chen) who worked in the field, but was changed to Yang Lianchang because he was not in place. There are 20 guerrillas, and the main backbones are Yang Youke, Chen Kaiqiu, Lin Jitong, Lin Jizao, Lin Peili and Huang Jinlong. In * * * Lianjiang Teke, a fluent folk allegro poem "Notice of Workers and Peasants Guerrillas in Central FujianNo. 1" was prepared in advance, and it was carved into small leaflets, which were widely distributed in urban and rural areas of the county.
Guannong Temple in Huguocheng, with a building area of 380 square meters, is made of brick and wood. The original site was damaged, and the villagers raised funds 1966 for reconstruction. The temple is five rooms wide and three rooms deep, and the top is hard. In front of the temple, there is a monument erected by Lianjiang County People's Government, which is made of bluestone, 2 meters high and 0.8 meters wide, and the front is engraved with "the former site of the first detachment of workers and peasants guerrillas in central Fujian".
