In Cuojikou, which is surrounded by mountains on three sides, groundwater flows to Cuojikou intensively, so more water is produced by drilling wells near Cuojikou.
2. "There is a ditch between two mountains, and there is water in the ditch rock".
There is a valley between the two mountains, so it is easy to find water in the rocks on both sides of the valley downstream.
3. "The two ditches intersect, and the spring water is surging".
There may be spring water under the mountain mouth where the two ditches meet, so it is more reliable to drill wells here. In order to find water, the source of groundwater pumping is that after rain falls to the ground, part of it seeps into the ground and accumulates in the gap between soil layer and rock to become groundwater.
