Accidents keep happening during subway construction. First, on June 30th, 2005, 165438+, a water pipe broke and a dump truck was buried under the soil. Then, on June 38, 2006 +20061October 3, 2006, a water leakage accident occurred on the Jingguang Bridge in the East Third Ring Road, which led to partial collapse of the road surface of the Third Ring Road. On February 27th of the same year, the crane wire between Taiyanggong Station and Sanyuanqiao Station was broken, resulting in the death of three workers. Four months later, another landslide occurred on Haidian South Road in Bid Section 3, killing two workers. On March 28th, 2007, a water seepage landslide occurred in suzhoujie station, killing six workers.
The first phase of 10 line was opened on July 19, 2008. Together with the first phase of Line 8 (then known as the "Olympic branch line" as part of the 10 line project) and the airport line, it fulfilled the promise of taking the subway from the airport to the Olympic Village when bidding for the Olympic Games. In the Short-term Construction Plan of Beijing Urban Rapid Rail Transit (2007-20 15) issued in 2007, the original 1 1 line was merged into 10 line, and the two lines were merged into a loop. On February 28th, 2007, the second phase of the 32.46km 10 line started. Although the construction has begun, the design has undergone many changes. In August 2009, at the request of residents along the line, Jijiamiao Station was added between Shoujingmao Station and Caoqiao Station. Maguanying Station, located between Lianhua Bridge Station and Liuliqiao Station, was cancelled due to opposition from residents along the line.
20 10 the Ministry of railways plans to rebuild and expand Fengtai railway station to connect Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway to relieve the pressure on Beijing west railway station. The new station site is located to the east of the existing Fengtai Station, to the north of Mengjiacun Station on the 10 line and to the south of Qianniwa Station. Due to the change of planning, the construction of the two stations stopped on May 20 10. The planning department suggested canceling Mengjiacun Station and Qianniwa Station and merging them into the underground of Xinfengtai Railway Station, which is called "Three Stations in One". This plan will greatly affect the travel of nearby residents, so it is strongly opposed by residents along the line, especially those in Sanhuan New Town. In the final implementation plan, Qianniwa Station (now Niwa Station) is moved northward by 300 meters, and Mengjiacun Station is moved northward 100 meters to connect Fengtai Station. Fengtai Station subway station is located in the south square of Fengtai Station. The underground station hall is connected with the underground exit hall of Fengtai Station, and entrances and exits are set to serve the surrounding residents. After the storm passed, the two stations encountered the problem of demolition again. Niwa Station started construction in February, 20 12, and Fengtai Station started construction in April, 20 10/2, which made it extremely difficult to open the whole line at the end of 2010. Although the Danyu Station was capped in June and the construction party of Fengtai Station tried to open to traffic at the end of the year, Fengtai Station was still not completed in time, and there was a gap in the second phase of 10 line-February 30, 2012, and the second phase of 10 line opened "C". In addition, Jiaomen East Station was affected by heavy rain on June 24, 20 12, and the subway station could only be suspended. These sections and stations were opened on May 5th, 20 13 together with the west section of 14 line.
After the opening of the second phase, the passenger flow of 10 line increased rapidly, surpassing 1 line to become the largest passenger flow line in Beijing subway. At the same time, the passenger flow pressure in the southeast section of 10 line has soared. Although the first phase is the main section of the shuttle bus, Shuangjing Station and Jinsong Station at the southeast end of the first phase are still very crowded. In order to relieve the pressure, a "big station express train" is sent from Songjiazhuang Station every morning in the morning rush hour, and passengers begin to go directly to Jinsong Station without stopping between Chengshousi Station and Panjiayuan Station. These trains were cancelled after running around the ring.
