Fangshan Cemetery in Huaibei City is a legal comprehensive management cemetery approved by Anhui Civil Affairs Bureau and headed by Huaibei Civil Affairs Bureau, and the governing unit of Anhui Funeral Association. It is located at the eastern foot of Fangshan Mountain in the northern corner of Xiangcheng City, surrounded by three green hills, between "two mountains and one hill".
