Historical Evolution of Pu 'an Town

From the early years of Southern Dynasties to 2003, Pu 'an Town was the resident of county, prefecture, prefecture and county.

In the early Yuan Dynasty (424-453), overseas Chinese settled in Nan 'an County (now Hanyang Town) of Hande County, and the county and county jointly governed Nan 'an (now Pu 'an Town), and led two overseas Chinese to settle in Huandao County and Zhongtao County. This is the earliest organizational system in Pu 'an Town.

From the Southern Song Dynasty to the Middle Ming Dynasty (457-464), Nan 'an County was transformed into a real overseas Chinese county, which governed Nan 'an County (now Pu 'an Town), Baishui County (now Dianzi Township), Huayang County (now south of Wanghe Town), Zitong County (now Wenchang Town of Zitong County) and Qin Zhou Huandao County and Zhong Tao County. During the Southern Dynasties (479-502), Nan 'an County had jurisdiction over Nan 'an County, Baishui County, Huayang County, Le 'an County and Huandao County, while Zitong County had jurisdiction over Zitong County. In the second year of Southern Liang Dynasty (503), Nan 'an County established Nanliang Prefecture, which governed Nan 'an County (the county with the same leader), Fujian County (renamed Fufeng County) and Nanxinba County, and Nanliang Prefecture, Nan 'an County and Nan 'an County jointly governed Nan 'an (now Pu 'an Town). During the 30 years from the fourth year of Tian Jian (505) to the first year of Datong (535), three counties of Nanliang Prefecture and their subordinate counties were merged into the Northern Wei Dynasty. At the end of Nanliang, King Wuling proclaimed himself emperor according to Shu, changed Nanliang County to Anzhou, and still led the original county. The Western Wei Dynasty abolished the emperor for three years (554 years). Because of the first trip to Anzhou, Bashu began to pass, the Western Wei Dynasty changed Anzhou to the original state, and at the same time changed Nan' an to Pu' an, which was the beginning of the name of Pu' an, leading 4 counties and 6 counties: Pu' an County governs Pu' an County and Yonggui County (renamed Baishui County); Huangyuan County governs (changed from Huayang County) and Maoling County (changed from Fujian County to Li County and then abandoned); Andu County (renamed Fujian County) governs Wulian County (renamed Wugong County); Tongchuan County (located in Shiniupu, Zitong County). Shizhou, Pu 'an County and Pu 'an County are Tongzhi Pu 'an (now Pu 'an Town). In the Northern Zhou Dynasty, Shizhou was under the general administration of Lizhou, and still governed four counties: Pu 'an County, Huangyuan County, Andu County and Tongchuan County. In Andu County, in addition to the abandoned Maoling County, Huyuan County was added (in the 18th year of Southern Liang Dynasty [5 19], Xixin County of Langzhong County was divided into North Brazil County, which governed Qunying Village of this town). In the third year of Sui Dynasty (583), the county system was abolished and Pu 'an County was abolished.

The first prefecture governs seven counties, namely Pu 'an County, Yonggui County, Huang An County, Anshou County, Wulian County, Huyuan County (renamed as Linjin County in the seventh year of Emperor Kai [587]) and Yin Ping County (belonging to Longzhou, located in Yinping Village, Xiaoxiba Town, jiangyou city). In the third year of Yang Di's great cause (607), the state system was changed to the county system, the first state was changed to Pu 'an County, and the county remained unchanged. Anshou County was renamed Zitong County (moved to Lianzhiba County of Zitong County). During the Tang Dynasty and Tang Dynasty, Pu 'an became a military center. In the first year of Wude (6 18), Puan County was changed to Shizhou, which belonged to Lizhou Governor's Department, and in the sixth year of Zhenguan, it was changed to Bali Governor's Department. Shizhou changed to Jiannan Road and Jiannan Dongchuan Festival. In the second year of the Holy Calendar (699), Jianmen County was newly established, which was the first state. In the second year of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty (7 13), the original state was changed to Jianzhou, hence the name Jiange. At this point, the name of statehood began to be seen by the world. In the first year of Tianbao (742), Jianzhou was changed to Pu 'an County. In the first year of Gan Yuan (758), it was re-established as Jianzhou, governing 8 counties: Pu 'an County, Huang An County (renamed pucheng county at the end of the Tang Dynasty), Wulian County, Zitong County, Yin Ping County, Linjin County (now moved to Bailong Town), Yonggui County and Jianmen County. During the Five Dynasties, Ten Kingdoms and Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, Jianzhou was the territory of pre-Shu, post-Tang and post-Shu successively, and the county remained unchanged, belonging to Zhaowu Military Day. In the first year of the Republic of China (19 12), Jianzhou Zhili was the military government of Sichuan Province, which governed Jianmen and Wulian. In the second year of the Republic of China (19 13), Jianzhou was changed to Jiange county, which governed Jianmen and Wulian counties. The county government is located in Yuanzhou. In the third year of the Republic of China (19 14), Feijianmen and Wulian were divided into counties, and Jiange County belonged to Jialing Road, Sichuan Province. In the same year, the city, town and township organizational system was abolished, and the original 13 regiment under Jiange County was changed to 13 regiment, with the same name and area. The establishment of the city hall was abolished and the public security corps was changed to the public security corps. 19 (1930) changed the regiment into a district, and the Pu 'an regiment was divided into Pu 'an District 1 and Pu 'an District 2. Pu 'an County has Soviet power in Pu 'an District and Pu 'an Town.

In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), after the National Government unified the "Sichuan Government", in June, the 14th Administrative Supervision District of Sichuan Province was established and Jiange County was resumed. The Office of the Administrative Inspector of Sichuan Province and the 14 District Security Command are located in Jiange County, which governs Jiange County, Zhaohua County, Guangyuan County, Cangxi County, Langzhong County, Jiangyou County and Zhangming County. In the autumn of the same year, Jiange County reorganized and merged the 16 district into six regional departments, and the first and second districts of Pu 'an were changed into the first district (Zhi Pu 'an). After the completion of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Highway, the county seat will be the crossroads of Sichuan and Shaanxi. In August of the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), Pu 'an was abolished, Pu 'an Town was established, the first district was abolished, and the guidance area was established. In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1945), the whole county was established as a township, and Pu 'an became a first-class town. In 35 years (1946), the administrative divisions of Jiange County were adjusted. The first district governs 9 townships, namely Pu 'an Town, Beimiao, Ximiao, Liugou, Wulian, Long Yuan, Bailong, Yangcun and Beiya. 132 Bao, 1303. During this period, Pu 'an was the political, economic, cultural and military center of the 14th Administrative Inspector District of Sichuan Province. In addition, during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, the Kuomintang government agencies at all levels moved inward, and the number of party, government and military agencies in urban areas increased, making it difficult to stay in the city, and the troops crossed the border, and various exchanges were frequent. By the thirty-eighth year of the Republic of China (1949), Pu 'an had become an important area for political, military and cultural activities in northern Sichuan. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), the People's Liberation Army of China entered Jiange County on February 8, 1949, and Jiange was liberated. Subsequently, Jiange County Party Committee and Jiange County Government established Pu 'an Pioneer Park, which was immediately revoked. After moving the capital to the county seat, Pu 'an remains the economic, transportation, population and commercial center of the county seat.

In June 2006, Jiange County officially abolished the 1 1 supervision office, and the Pu 'an supervision office was abolished, ending the history of "county jurisdiction". Pu 'an is no longer the county-level dispatching administrative center of the original Pu 'an District, but it still undertakes the county-level functions of some areas under the jurisdiction of the original Pu 'an District.

On July 20 14, Pu 'an Town was listed as a national key town together with Bailong Town and Sixia Town.
