Legal basis:

Article 65 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment commits one of the following acts, and shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and may be fined 1000 yuan:

(1) intentionally destroying or defacing another person's grave or destroying or discarding another person's ashes;
