It can be seen that it is not necessarily convenient to see the stairs when opening the door, but it has adversely affected the health of the owner of the house unconsciously. So when designing stairs, a good designer will try not to let the stairs face the door. They mainly adopt three methods:
First, turn the stairs in one direction toward the top of the gate, for example, design the stairs in an arc shape, so that the stairs reverse direction and face away from the gate;
The second is to hide the stairs, preferably behind the wall, and clamp the stairs with two walls, which not only eliminates the trouble of "cutting off the gas field", but also doubles the security of the owners when they go up and down the stairs. As for the space under the stairs, it can be designed as a storage room or a bathroom.
Third, use a screen to place a shield between the gate and the stairs, so that "Qi" can enter the house along the screen. In addition to not facing the gate, another taboo about stairs in home feng shui is to set them in the center of the house. Because the center of the house is called "hole eye", which is the condensation point of "qi" It is generally believed that this is the soul of the whole house and the most honorable place. The traditional concept of "acupoints and eyes" has evolved into China people's aesthetic habits, such as putting China first, being centered and being impartial. If the stairs are set in the center of the house, it will "usurp the host's role." Stairs are used to keep people, and people go up and down, which makes this place noisy and uneasy. It not only wastes the precious area of "holes", but also shows disrespect for "trampling", and naturally it will not bring good luck to the owner.
