Zunyi Renhuai Maotai Town is the core producing area of Maotai-flavor liquor in the world, and Maotai Town is the holy land of Maotai-flavor liquor in China. Maotai Town is surrounded by mountains and a river flows, forming a special natural environment with moderate air humidity, small wind speed, short sunshine and small temperature difference, and is known as the "land of geomantic omen" for brewing fine wine.
The core producing area of authentic Maotai-flavor wine in Maotai Town is only 7.5 square kilometers, and there is a non-replicable microbial environment here. The unique water quality, soil and climate are very conducive to the fermentation and maturity of wine materials, and play a decisive role in the formation of the unique flavor of Maotai-flavor wine. Zunrentai Liquor is a scarce resource supervised by Zunyi (renhuai city) Liquor Industry Association. It is made by more than ten masters from the expert team of Maotai-flavor liquor of Zunyi City (renhuai city) Liquor Industry Association, selecting high-quality aged base liquor and carefully blending it in small batches.
Like Moutai, the brewing process of Zunrentai wine is also a Daqu maotai flavor process, and each process has been strictly controlled. The produced maotai-flavor base alcohol is made of high-quality waxy red sorghum and organic wheat, and the traditional "12987" ancient brewing process is adopted, that is, through the production cycle of 1 year, the second feeding, the ninth cooking, the eighth fermentation and the seventh wine taking. Zunrentai wine is brewed with high-quality winter wheat and red tassel cake sorghum as raw materials, supplemented by clear and natural Chishui River.
After brewing, it takes several years to store the pottery. It takes at least five years for a bottle of Zunrentai Maotai-flavor wine to go from raw materials to factory. Zunrentai Maotai-flavor liquor has a series of maoya, praise, sea view, multicolored, small silver bars and treasures.
