Who knows where the skeleton wall is located in Tibet?
Located in Naquru County, it is a wall made of human heads and skulls, which is an excellent example of studying human funeral culture. The celestial burial platform was built on the hillside near the temple, facing south, and the door opened to the west, facing the Dalmu Temple. There are three northern rooms, with a Nepalese stupa built on each side of the room. Five-color prayer flags and some warp cloths representing "heaven, earth, water, fire and wind" are hung in front of the door and window. In front of the house is a small courtyard with three walls about two meters high, with more than 2 square meters. On the south side wall near the west side, human skulls are built layer by layer like bricks, and there are about 2 skulls. Dark eye socket, open your mouth, facing the door and window. In front of the wall are several large flat stones, which are used as "chopping boards" for dismembering bodies. The construction of Dalmu Temple is said to be because Princess Wencheng thought this place was a treasure trove of geomantic omen when she entered Tibet, so she entrusted her "Lunbu" to build the temple here, which was presided over by the living Buddha of Dabu, and the practice of celestial burial and keeping the skull was only about 13 years old. Why the celestial burial here kept the skull is still a puzzling mystery.
