1. The pipeline category, pipeline direction, scale and capacity, reserved interfaces and laying methods should meet the requirements of the overall urban planning and pipeline engineering professional planning, and leave appropriate long-term development space.
2. All kinds of pipelines should be arranged as a whole, and the pipeline corridors should be configured reasonably, and the pipeline crossing should be handled reasonably to meet the requirements of relevant professional technical specifications.
3. The ground pole line should be set in the road facilities. Overhead pipelines shall not invade the road building clearance, and the height from the ground shall comply with the provisions of relevant professional and technical specifications. Except for the branch pipe interface, other underground pipelines shall not exceed the scope of the road red line.
4. Underground pipelines should be arranged under non-motor vehicle lanes first, and should not be laid vertically and parallel under the main lane of expressway. When laying pipelines under other roadways, the manhole cover should not affect the safety and comfort of driving, and should be arranged outside the range of vehicle trajectory. Ground facilities such as manhole covers on sidewalks should not affect pedestrian traffic.
