What is the height standard of cable hanging off the ground in coal mine? Where are the rules?

There are generally no hard and fast rules. Cable hanging can't spray water, generally it is not laid on the same side of roadway with wind pressure pipe and water supply pipe, but must be hung on both sides of roadway with gas drainage pipeline.

Therefore, according to local conditions, the hanging height should be as high as possible in principle, preferably not lower than 1 .8m. Of course, the conditions are limited, even if the lifting height is1m, it is possible. Master a principle that cables should not be hit by water and cars, so as to reduce the possibility of these hidden dangers.

Relevant clauses of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations":

Article 469 A cable shall not be hung on an air duct or water pipe, and shall not be wet by water. It is forbidden to hang anything on the cable. When the cable is laid on the same side of the roadway as the wind pressure pipe and water supply pipe, it must be laid above the pipeline and keep a distance of more than 0.3m In the roadway with gas drainage pipeline, cables (including communication and signal cables) must be hung on both sides of the roadway with gas drainage pipeline respectively. Coils or 8-shaped cables shall not be energized, but cables supplying power to mining and excavation units are not subject to this restriction.

The communication and signal cables in the shaft and roadway should be suspended separately from the power cables on both sides of the shaft and roadway. If the conditions are limited, it should be laid in the well at a distance of 0.3m from the power cable. In the roadway, it should be laid 0. 1m above the power cable.

When the high and low voltage power cables are laid on the same side of the roadway, the distance between the high and low voltage cables should be greater than 0.1m. The distance between high voltage cable and low voltage cable shall not be less than 50 mm.

For cables in underground tunnels, signs of number, purpose, voltage and section shall be set at regular intervals at bends or branch points along the line, at both ends of junction boxes connecting cables with different diameters, and at both sides of walls of wall-penetrating cables.

Twenty-second transport lanes on both sides (including pipelines, wires and cables) and the distance between the most prominent part of transport equipment, should meet the following requirements:

(1) A sidewalk with a width greater than 0.8m (1m for the comprehensive mechanized coal mining mine) must be left at one side of the newly-dug transportation lane in the newly-built mine and production mine, and the pipe suspension height shall not be less than1.6m; The width of the other side of the roadway shall not be less than 0.3m (0.5m for the comprehensive mechanized coal mining mine). When installing the conveyor in the roadway, the distance between the conveyor and the roadway support shall not be less than 0.5m;; The distance between the conveyor head and tail and the roadway support should meet the needs of equipment inspection and maintenance, and should not be less than 0.7m. The most prominent part of fully mechanized mining equipment in the mobile substation or flat car in the roadway should be at least 0.3m away from the roadway support.

(2) When the width of the existing roadway sidewalk in a production mine is less than the requirements in Item (1) of the first paragraph of this article, an escape adit must be set on one side of the roadway, and the distance between two escape adits shall not exceed 40m. The width, depth and height of the escape adit shall not be less than1.7m. It is forbidden to accumulate materials in the escape adit.

(3) On the upper and lower sides of the driveway where people and cars park, within the height range of 1.6m from the roadway ballast surface, sidewalks with a width greater than 1m must be left, and the height of hanging pipes shall not be less than1.8m. ..

Article 468 the laying of cables (except cables connecting handheld or mobile devices) shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) The cable must be suspended:

1. In a horizontal roadway or a shaft with an inclination below 30, the cable should be hung by a hook;

2. In a vertical shaft or a shaft with an inclination of 30 or more, cable clamps, clamps or other clamping devices should be used for cable laying. The clamping device should be able to bear the weight of the cable without damaging the cable.

(two) the cable hanging in the horizontal roadway or inclined roadway should have appropriate sag, and can fall freely when it is accidentally stressed. Its hanging height should ensure that the cable will not be hit when the car falls off the road, and the cable will not fall on the track or conveyor when it falls.

(3) The spacing of cable suspension points shall not exceed 3m in horizontal roadway or inclined shaft and 6m in vertical shaft.

(4) The cable laid along the borehole must be tied to the wire rope, and the borehole must be equipped with pipes.
