Feng shui in waterworks

High-rise residence is the product of urbanization and industrialization. The biggest advantage of high-rise housing is that it can save land. Especially in a populous country like ours, building six-story residential buildings and twelve-story residential buildings on the same foundation can double the land utilization rate, which is obviously beneficial to both the government and developers (the government can sell more land, not to mention developers). Therefore, in recent years, the government and developers have used various media to publicize the benefits of living in small and high-rise buildings. Turns out I live in a small high-rise building.

Let's talk about the benefits of small high-rise buildings first. First of all, from the perspective of construction quality, in general, the construction standards and quality of high-rise buildings are higher than those of multi-storey buildings. Ordinary multi-storey houses are generally brick-concrete structures, while high-rise houses are cast-in-place reinforced concrete, with deep and solid foundation, thick wall, no water seepage, better seismic performance than multi-storey houses, and no subsidence and deformation as a whole; And the depreciation period is long. There is also a two-way water supply and power supply system, which can provide safer supply, centralized and safe living environment, large-scale management services and good lighting and ventilation conditions.

With the popularity of small high-rise buildings, there have been more and more arguments about choosing floors in recent years. When it comes to choosing a small high-level, some people will definitely say, why fight? ! Since it is a small high-rise, of course, the higher the better. Actually, it's not. The same apartment, located on different floors, will feel very different. Each floor has its own microclimate. Different floors have different effects on our lives. Here are the advantages and disadvantages of each floor for your consideration.

Let's talk about the low floors that are generally not favored by buyers, especially young buyers. From the first floor to the third floor, people generally live under the canopy, close to the ground, and often hear the sound of branches knocking on the window; To be psychologically comfortable, this is the best place; Keep in touch with the outside world and don't look down on people. However, the life close to the ground also has some shortcomings: the first to third floors are close to the ground, although psychologically comfortable, but the low-level air circulation is slow, there are many shadows, the humidity is high, and the pollution in the poorly ventilated building is also serious. Most people will think that the third floor is the most ideal, and it is precisely here that a large number of harmful substances are gathered. There are much less harmful substances on the fourth and fifth floors, because they begin to sink or dissipate horizontally.

In modern society, high-rise residential buildings give people the feeling that "small buildings can be seen at a glance". High-rise buildings have wider horizons, better air quality and less noise. The natural wind is strong, the lighting is good, and the sunshine time is long, and some people irradiate the sun for seven or eight hours. So, is the higher the better? Some people think that the high-rise air is fresh, the noise is low and the scenery is beautiful. This presupposes what kind of environment is around the small high-rise where you live? There is no mountain or water around the high-rise building where you live, only the "back of the head" of the front building is seen, enjoying all kinds of photoelectric pollution in the city. Can you say the scenery is good? ! In fact, many people who live in high-rise buildings and want to see the scenery have become "scenery", allowing residents on the same floor opposite to see their small homes through the scenery. I really don't know where this "scenery" can make their hearts beautiful, but the low floors are very private because of the blind angle of sight and the low buildings on the ground (this will definitely surprise everyone, but it is true). Speaking of tall buildings, the wind is naturally strong. Many residents often feel that the natural wind is sometimes too strong (especially in windy areas and spring and summer seasons), and the air at the top is not as fresh as expected. Chimneys of all sizes almost surround the city, and it is inevitable that harmful substances will gather more than 30 meters. The 8- 1 1 layer is the so-called smoke layer in environmental science, and the dust and harmful substances in the air stay at this height. In fact, due to the "canyon effect" ("canyon effect" refers to the surrounding bus trunk roads or factories, as well as high-rise houses), under the action of street wind, the airflow containing dust does not move smoothly, but somewhere between high-rise buildings. The pollutants near the ground rise to a certain height with the airflow, and then dissipate downward or horizontally. This "height" is about 30 meters. That is, between 8- 1 1 layers. At present, there is a "high-density area of pollutants" in the middle of high-rise residential buildings in many communities. To put it bluntly, dust will stay between the 8- 1 1 floors of these buildings. In this process, residents will "share the fate" with the dust for a while, and then "kiss goodbye". Moreover, it happens to be a noisy space. Many consumers think that living in a tall building can "get away from the hubbub". Who would have thought it would be better to listen to the noise of vehicles on the first floor than on the 8- 14 floor? This is because the route of sound waves is related to the number of trees and buildings. Sound usually travels in the shortest route, and sometimes high-level people can hear the noise on the main road of the car. It turns out that sometimes the sound will go up freely until it reaches the window of a tall building. The sound wave propagates in three dimensions, and the upward sound wave is not weaker than the two sides. The sound waves received by a high-rise building are stronger than those received by the lower floors of the same building. On the other hand, the low floors are absorbed by the surrounding low buildings and trees, which can not be ignored when choosing a house. Another invisible enemy of high-rise residents is electromagnetic radiation. Speaking of electromagnetic radiation, few people can understand it. The reinforced concrete structure forces the electric waves emitted by electrical equipment to circulate along the house, and a considerable part of them reach the top floor. So high-rise residents often have headaches or are in a bad mood. In addition, with the increasing number of high-rise buildings, more and more secondary water supply facilities are built to meet their water demand. The so-called secondary water supply is the abbreviation of secondary water supply for domestic drinking water, which refers to the indirect provision of domestic drinking water to users through secondary water supply facilities. Secondary water supply facilities include high, medium and low reservoirs and ancillary pipelines, valves, water pump units, frequency converters, pneumatic tanks and other facilities to ensure drinking water. Because secondary water supply is a relatively open link in the process of "water plant-pipe network-secondary water supply facilities-users", it is easier to be polluted than municipal pipe network water. If the pool (tank) cannot be cleaned and disinfected regularly or is poorly managed, it is easy to cause secondary pollution of water quality. It is reported that the reservoirs and water tanks on the roofs of some residential quarters have been unattended for many years, and the sanitary conditions are worrying. Some reservoirs and water tanks are covered with moss, and some pools have fallen into many insects because they have not been covered for a long time. Maintenance costs are also a big expense. The owner must pay for the normal operation and maintenance of the equipment. So generally speaking, many professionals on these floors will not buy, supply water twice, pollute twice and pay twice.

I have to talk about China's traditional "rustic" theory. Some people say that living in high-rise buildings will lack "rusticity" and may affect physical fitness. Although it has not been confirmed, China's ancient theory of geogas is not out of thin air. What is "rustic"? Is there really what people call "earth gas"? In the traditional classics of Chinese medicine, some of them are related to the study of "local flavor", and the most typical one is the technique of "breaking the valley", which aims at taking "the essence of heaven and earth", including what people call "local flavor" The so-called "essence of heaven and earth" actually refers to a healthy natural environment. Earth-atmosphere is a combination of environment, climate, air and other conditions, which refers to the earth's magnetic field. At that time, people in ancient China used geogas instead of magnetic field, and there was no concept of magnetic field, but not all geogas was beneficial to human body. Only a magnetic field with the same frequency as the human body is beneficial to the human body. In fact, this effect is more psychological. Under the influence of gravity, human beings always have a "down-to-earth" feeling and a sense of security near the earth, while high-rise buildings in the air will have an unstable feeling, and the high-rise buildings themselves will swing to some extent. If you add the traditional ideas of people who are sensitive to this and some old people, it is more likely to have an uneasy psychological influence. At the same time, objectively, because the upper air is thinner than the lower air, the amount of oxygen is reduced and the gravity is also reduced, it is really not suitable for some patients, especially those with chronic bronchitis, heart disease, angina pectoris, cerebrovascular disease and visceral disease. Living at high altitude for a long time is not good for their condition, which may aggravate their condition. On the other hand, people who live in high-rise buildings for a long time, especially the elderly, will have some anxiety, and even have nightmares that lead to insomnia and terror. Long-term changes in these psychological factors may lead to changes in physiological factors, thus aggravating the illness, so there are still some unfavorable factors for middle-aged and elderly people living in high-rise buildings. Especially if you want your children to grow up healthily, don't live on floors above the sixth floor. The environment outside the window is very important. Being in a tall building and facing a brick wall all day will make children involuntarily hostile to themselves and the world.

Considering all factors, it is best not to exceed six floors for small and high-rise buildings. The sixth floor is the best, followed by the fifth, fourth, second, third, seventh, eighth and ninth floors ... The accumulation of heavy metals such as lead on the first floor (generally suspended below 2 meters) is actually not good for the elderly.

The standard of an ideal house is: the house has no more than six floors, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, with a park on one side and beautiful water on the other. Trees and water are excellent filters to prevent dust from passing through. However, it is really difficult to get such an ideal house. If you can see the green mountains and green waters, you can enjoy the high visual enjoyment, and it is worthwhile to sacrifice something else. If you only see the "cement forest", forget it. In addition to satisfying the vanity of "high above", what else can there be? !
