Cultivate one's morality first

It is often said that self-cultivation should be based on the family, so what is self-cultivation "Self-cultivation" is to purify the mind and make the body and mind reach a perfect state through self-reflection and observation.

The so-called cultivation of the mind is to sharpen one's spiritual will, but this sharpening is not simply to say that one must go through all kinds of hardships to achieve detachment from the other side. Worldly feelings, grievances and troubles, love and hate are all inner tempering. The so-called "everything is learned, and human cultivation is an article." That's all!

How to cultivate one's self-cultivation starts from three aspects: don't be angry, don't care, and don't complain.

Anger does great harm to the body. Anger will damage the liver, lead to premature aging and lead to deficiency of qi and blood. People who are often angry are sure to age faster. This is because when you are angry, a lot of blood rushes into your brain, so you will age quickly.

The more you care, the more painful you are. The more you care, the poorer you get. Learning not to care is to stay away from disasters and bad luck. People, the more care, the more difficult life.

Complaining won't solve any problems, and it won't do any good. Will only make you more and more unhappy forever. Make you more and more depressed, and your life will get worse and worse. Hope will only bring some negative effects.

If you cultivate your mind in advance, your mind will change, and so will your world.
