Miluo City belongs to Yueyang City, Hunan Province.
Miluo, referred to as Luocheng, is affiliated to Yueyang City, Hunan Province. It is located in the northeast of Hunan Province, close to the east bank of Dongting Lake and the lower reaches of the Miluo River. Miluo City borders Changsha County and Wangcheng District in the east and southeast respectively, Xiangyin County and Yuanjiang City in the west, Yueyang County in the north, and Pingjiang County in the northeast.

Topography
The terrain of Miluo is high in the southeast and low in the northwest. It transitions from the mountains to the lakeside plain, with the head resting on the curtain and the feet stepping on the cave. The peaks and ridges in the southeast are undulating and continuous, forming a natural barrier.
