"Miscellaneous Comments on the Book of Changes" can be found online. It's a good introduction. You can just read the first 8 chapters, but don't read the rest. The person who wrote this has a bit biased opinion in the later chapters.
For the video, I recommend Fu Peirong's "Explanation of the Book of Changes". Fu Peirong is a professor of Chinese studies. He started to study mainly Confucian classics, and then used Confucius as a mediator to use Confucius' annotations (Yao Ci) and ( Column) introduces the philosophical significance of Zhouyi.
Have read both of these and learn the path of Yi, and you will know how to go.
