Guling Scenic Area in Qixian County is located in Qixian County (Chao Ge, 8km northwest of Imperial Capital Zhou Wang). It is a national AAAA tourist scenic spot, a provincial civilized scenic spot in Henan Province, a national forest park, China Aixin Mountain and the place where the story of "Shen Feng Gang" took place.
The theme culture of the scenic spot is Nuwa culture and Yin Shang culture. It is mainly composed of six tourism sectors: the main scenic spot of Zhou Wang Nuwa Palace, the Summer Palace-Liang Qing Temple in Zhou Wang, the stone town of ancient houses in Qing Dynasty-Liangshui Spring, the first bronze ceiling in the world, Lingguang Pavilion, a Buddhist holy place, and Daiyuhe, a natural bathing place; The main scenic spots are more than 200 places, such as Nuwa Palace, Nuwa Peak, Nuwa Pool, Taigong Lake, Daiyu River, Eye-catching Spring, Ancient Buddha Cave, Butian Pavilion, Lingfeng, Valley of Wealth and Longtan Gorge. Since ancient times, it has been known as "Miaomiao Temple in Lingshan, a sacred spring and a pure heart".
Guling has been a treasure trove of geomantic omen since ancient times, and was built in the Yin and Shang Dynasties. During the reign of the Liang Dynasty in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, a famous monk and singer who served as the abbot of Zhaotong Temple in Beijing and instructed monks and nuns all over the country for 40 years practiced here. In the sixth year of Tang Dynasty, the elders of Lingshan Temple were specially invited to Chang 'an to inquire about Buddhism. In the first year of Tang Kaiyuan, Lingshan Temple was rebuilt. During the period, the temple covers an area of more than 500 mu, with more than 200 monks, ancient bells, wooden fish, tourists and strong incense.
During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, Hui Yu, the magistrate of Qixian County, wrote ten scenic spots of Lingshan: "Dangerous rocks are rare, the peaks are lush, persimmons flow, the pots are full of flowers at a time, the rocks are stormy for nine days, the cliffs are filled with dumplings, the swords fall, dragons sing in the East China Sea, and tigers roar in the West Mountain". Sun Zhenglan, the imperial adviser during the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty, wrote a poem on the cliff: "The mountains are bright and blue, the spring is green and jade flies, and there are three benevolence, six sages and seven sages, and the outstanding ones are the same as the eternal beauties."
