2, too much refrigerant: too much refrigerant will also cause the air conditioner not to cool. Because the proportion of refrigerant in the air conditioning system is required. If the ratio is too large, it will affect its heat dissipation. Similarly, if too much cooling oil is added during maintenance, it will also reduce the heat dissipation of the refrigeration system.
3. Loose transmission belt of automobile air-conditioning compressor: automobile refrigeration depends on refrigerant, and the transmission of refrigerant depends on air-conditioning compressor. Transmission belt is an important moving part to drive air conditioning compressor. If the transmission belt is loose, the compressor will slip when working, which will lead to the decrease of transmission efficiency, compressor speed and compressed refrigerant delivery, thus causing the automobile air conditioner not to cool.
4. Refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil are unqualified: too many impurities in refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil will also cause the filter screen of automobile air conditioner to be blocked, resulting in insufficient refrigeration of automobile air conditioner, increased resistance, reduced flow of refrigerant to expansion valve, and insufficient refrigeration capacity.
5. Water seeps into the refrigeration system: If water seeps into the automobile air conditioning refrigeration system, resulting in insufficient refrigeration or no refrigeration, if this is the case, the regulator of desiccant or drying box in automobile air conditioning must be replaced and the pumping system must be re-pumped.
