Cutting method
Branches with heels. That is, in early spring, select newly sprouted branches, cut a little wood on the stem with a sharp knife, treat it with growth hormone and insert it into a cutting bed or a small pot.
Semi-lignified branch cutting. This method is to select the first withered branch of the rose, cut off the flower stalk and flatten the lower part from June to September. Take 2-3 sections as one section, cut off the lower leaves, then cut off the unhealthy young leaves, then treat them with growth stimulator, and insert them into the bed under the same conditions as the previous method.
Hardwood cutting. The whole annual branches cut before overwintering are divided into two or three sections, and each 10 branch is bundled. Dig a 30cm hole in a low-temperature greenhouse, bury the cuttings in wet sand, and cover the top with 5-65,438+00 cm (keep dry). In the early spring of the following year, the cuttings were inserted into the seedbed.
Hard branch water insertion method-select semi-lignified branches or hard branches with 1-2 leaves, flatten the base with a sharp knife, insert them into a water container, immerse the branches in 1/2 water, and place them in a place where sunlight can be seen at 15℃-20℃ to make them grow roots. During root promotion, change the water in the container every 2-3 days. When the epidermis of new roots on the branches turns pale yellow or light brown, they can be taken out and carefully planted in nutrient bags for culture.
