Which city in western China do you think has the most development potential?

When it comes to economy, culture, and living environment, the representative cities in western China include Xi'an, Chengdu, and Chongqing. All three cities have delicious food, beautiful scenery, and rich cultural heritage.

In my opinion, these three cities are indistinguishable. Although as a Sichuanese, I very much hope that Chengdu can develop best, I think it is normal to be a little selfish.

However, the frequent earthquakes in Sichuan in recent years have also scared away a group of people who may be curious and yearning for Sichuan. Even though I have repeatedly explained to others that the Chengdu earthquake will not cause much trouble, they still firmly believe that places with earthquakes are scary.

I have to admit that Chongqing should be regarded as the city with the most potential in the west. Although everyone knows that Chongqing is close to Sichuan, when talking about earthquakes, only Sichuan comes to mind.

In addition, the culture and food of Sichuan and Chongqing, which have the same origin as Chongqing and Sichuan, also attract many people. In the Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas, people's curiosity about Sichuan is similar to that in Chongqing.

Finally, as a municipality directly under the Central Government, Chongqing is not actually equal to Chengdu and Xi'an, but to Sichuan Province and Shaanxi Province. From this point of view, Chongqing has received much more resources than these two cities, and naturally has more development opportunities.
