Later generations called this canyon "White Horse Grand Canyon" in memory of Dayu's father's gun.

The Qinjiamiao area in the lower reaches of Nanjinguan was the most standard area where the Qinjiamiao group in the Middle Cambrian was exposed 500 million years ago. It is the location of the named area of "Qinjiamiao Group" in the world geography field, and it is also an important part of Zhongjia Geopark.
