The highest state of qigong
28-9-6 at 23: 3, the real qigong practice should start with "Qi". That is to say, the exerciser should feel the feeling of fever and numbness in some meridians or abdomen of the body. When kung fu reaches a certain level, there will be a gas gathering in the abdomen and a "small Sunday". "Xiao Zhou Tian" is the first level of qigong practice, and the ancients also called it "refining Qi". At this point in kung fu, every time the practitioners practice quietly, they can generally feel that the lower abdomen is hot and heavy, and the receiver will have the qi to follow the governor and let the two veins flow. If you continue to practice, there will be a "big week" of qi communication. When qi passes through the "big Sunday", the reaction is relatively large, and there are so-called "six vibrations". After that, every time you practice quietly, you can feel the qi running automatically all over your body, and the degree of quietness is deeper than before. The middle and lower abdomen are integrated into one, and "Yuan Shen" begins to appear. This is what the ancients called "practicing Qi Shen". Continue to practice, and one day, practitioners will feel that there is an air mass rolling obviously in Xiadantian, and it will flow up the head along the body cavity. At that time, my own feeling was that the top of my head seemed to be lifted, and the internal gas came out from my head. Suddenly, I felt that my whole body had melted, and kung fu had reached the third level. The ancients called it "practicing god and returning to emptiness." Practitioners often feel or even see that there is an obvious gas field outside their bodies, and their bodies are full of gas, as if they have no internal organs, and the whole body melts into the gas field. Keep practicing. Practitioners, whether walking, living, sitting or lying down, can feel the movement of internal qi and the rotation of the gas field as long as their hearts are peaceful. The deeper the kung fu, the greater the gas field and the faster the internal qi moves. This gas field will one day be as wide as heaven and earth, and it can't be bigger (feeling). This gas field as big as heaven and earth was called "Tao" or "sincere nature" by the ancients. Kung fu has now entered the fourth level, which is what the ancients called "practicing virtual harmony" or "seeing nature clearly" At this time, "harmony" and "visibility" are only partial and incomplete. If you continue to practice, the practitioner will feel that this gas field, which can't be bigger, is slowly coming back from the horizon, and the world seems to be getting smaller and smaller (feeling). At the same time, you will realize that you and all the people, things and things around you (including up and down) are melting into this gas field, and kung fu is now a relatively deep "harmony" and "visibility".
