It is said that people are divided into three classes, six classes and nine classes. What was the ninth grade like?

Ban Gu (AD 32-92), a historian and writer in the Eastern Han Dynasty, divided ancient and modern figures into "nine scales" in his Ren Jin Table of Han Shugu, which was divided into three levels: upper (intellectual), middle (human) and lower (foolish). In each grade, it is divided into three grades: upper, middle, upper, upper, middle, lower and lower. This may be the source of later classification.

In today's social theme of advocating freedom, equality and fraternity, it is absolutely against the trend to dig out the "hierarchy theory", not to mention that if the meaning of the vast majority of "civilians" resurfaces in the future, it will definitely "criticize" and "step on hundreds of millions of feet" and finally crush it a few times. Ah! People in my class have been killed.

Actually? Even in that "special era", people are full of praise for the lyrics of "there is no distinction between high and low", and at the same time, there are "young couples" who will present a real "human nature" dialogue after countless "intimate handshakes".

(This situational dialogue is pure fiction, please don't sit in the right place. )

Woman: Look at Lao Zhang. Today, it was sent back by car. This time, I saw clearly that it was a "Shanghai brand".

Man: I am a cadre! (pulls out a "battle card" cigarette)

Woman: That's right! Last time Lao Zhang smoked a "Phoenix" cigarette, the whole corridor smelled like this!

Man: People have "tickets" and someone gives them! At that time, high-grade cigarettes were bought by ticket.

W: You know what? Half the walls are blue, and the floor is red and wooden.

Man: People are very picky and clean.

The woman said: Look at these "kids", they are "blue" and "green" all day (at that time, Beijing was the most fashionable and a symbol of "having a way"). In fact, the "military ku" is filled with "bricks", hanging on your mouth and wearing "suede shoes"!

Man:-.

Woman: And! In order to tell our family that Xiao Qiang can't play with Lao Wang's children, the bad boy went to his father's factory all day, stole wire and rubber bands, and then made slingshots to smash people's windows.

Man: alas! After all, it is a child. You can't always keep him at home.

The woman said, you can't ask him to play with bad boys.

Man: Who should he play with? Lao Zhang's "rabbit" plays "simulation" all day, but our children don't!

Woman: Hum! Maybe his family is a big spy and a reactionary! -Go to sleep!

Man: Wife, I think-.

Woman: Do you still want to-?

M: I also want to be a cadre! -

A few days later, the woman hurried in.

M: Happy?

Woman: Happy!

Man: Who are you talking to in the corridor?

W: I happened to meet Lao Zhang, so I made way for him.

Man: Why didn't you hear him?

Woman: People nodded at me.

Man: Did you smile at others?

Woman: Well, I smiled. -

After a few days, everything was as calm as usual. In the morning, the "young couple" went out together and suddenly found something similar to a "bullwhip" hanging at the entrance of the building. The woman was shocked and fell to the ground.

Man: What's the matter! ? What happened to you! ?

Woman: Lao-Zhang-died.

- 。

What is worth thinking about is what happened to people at this time?

In the scenes I have experienced in my life, I often think about such problems. What impressed me the most was the scene when Phil Taylor came to Beijing. Looking at the trembling and enthusiastic crowd, they do have a charming smile in their bones, including me. If I keep making up stories, Taylor can invite me to dinner at will. I believe that except for a few people like Director Xing, anyone will call around to borrow money and ask his father to send the money by bike. Finally, don't forget to blame: why don't you buy a popsicle? The old man only said one sentence for a long time: you go! Be sure to take the money well, so as not to keep people waiting! - 。 At this point, my heart is a little sour. Although some people won't do this, some people will. What is this for?

In fact, there are many such examples in our life. I don't know if you have noticed that several national champions have turned around. Wherever they go, whoever wins the championship will definitely raise their hands. His tone and even his eyes will change a little. What is this?

All of the above are caused by "grade", so it seems that the consequences brought by "grade" are terrible and negative. But it is important that we should not face the negative consequences passively, which is the central argument of this paper.

Each of us will have a specific position in a specific social environment and thus be included in the hierarchy. Some people call this "fate". But if we can position ourselves with a correct attitude and a clear hierarchy, it will have the opposite positive effect. In fact, this is basically a question of "who am I"? Do you know yourself? "Know yourself" is the first motto engraved on the temple of Apollo in Delphi, and it is also the key to correct attitude and direction. Some of us are afraid of our humble position, so we never dare to face ourselves squarely, and even have exclusion, which provides a hotbed for blind arrogance. It is this misunderstanding that keeps you in an endless "vicious circle".

I also agree with Rong Yu's view that modern people are divided into four categories. First class: capable, no temper. Second class: capable and tempered. The third category: no ability, no temper. The fourth category: inability, temper. Only the fourth category is mentioned here. Such people are the most boring, incompetent and temperamental. In this era of fierce competition, instead of a sense of crisis and urgency, he seems to have great skills every day, giving some "high opinions" or playing with his temper, just as the ancients said: it is useless to teach fools. Have we forgotten the traditional virtue that "if a son sings well with others, he will do the opposite and then make peace with them"?

According to Ban Gu's "Nine Scale", as long as we have the correct attitude and orientation, even a "fool" can be gradually promoted to a "middle man" through continuous learning and transformation, and then gradually developed into an "intellectual". Only in this way can there be a virtuous circle and there is more hope for future development.

From this point of view, the negative "hierarchy view" can be completely transformed into a positive, very sensitive and easy to touch the hierarchy view, especially the topic of "civilians" nerves. On the contrary, it should be strongly advocated in specific situations, and my teaching experience tells me that it is necessary to instill the concept of hierarchy in students at the right time, and even sometimes the addition of "bad words" can let them know clearly that they are fighting for themselves, thus stimulating their internal motivation.

Some people often blame themselves for not having a chance and call it "fate". In fact, each of us lives around opportunities all day. More precisely, opportunities are around us, but we don't know how to cherish them. Let's take darts for example. This sport is still in its infancy in China and has not even reached a mature level internationally. Therefore, the opportunities before us are equal, and everyone is on the same starting line. Faced with such an opportunity, everyone will have different choices. Do you choose to be self-righteous and ignorant all day like a "fool"? Or like Ceng Zi, "I save myself three times a day"? Obviously, the latter can better seize the opportunity.

Finally, I hope everyone will not forget the teachings of our ancestors: "Be cautious in words and deeds, and you will get the right path"!
