cyclone water film dust collector is a kind of cyclone washing dust collector. The nozzle at the upper part of the dust collector cylinder sprays water mist to the wall of the dust collector in the tangential direction, so that a thin flowing water film is formed on the wall. Dust-bearing gas enters tangentially from the lower part of the cylinder at the inlet speed of 15-22m/s, and rises in rotation. Dust particles are thrown to the wall of the device by centrifugal force, adhered by the water film, flow down the wall of the device, and are discharged with running water. The dust removal efficiency increases with the increase of inlet gas velocity and the decrease of cylinder diameter. The height of the cylinder has a great influence on the dust removal efficiency, which is generally not less than 5 times the diameter of the cylinder. The pressure loss of airflow is 5-75Pa, the water consumption is .1-.3 L/m3, and the dust removal efficiency can reach 9-95%, which is much higher than that of dry cyclone. The wall wear is also lighter than that of dry cyclone.
horizontal cyclone water film dust collector is also called water drum dust collector, or rotary drum water film dust collector.
It is composed of an inverted egg-shaped shell, an inner cylinder, a spiral deflector, a water tank and other parts. Spiral blades are wound around the inner cylinder and fixed on the inner wall of the outer shell, so that the gap between the outer shell and the inner cylinder is divided into a spiral channel, which communicates the air inlet and the air outlet.
dust removal process: the dusty airflow is tangentially fed from one end of the dust remover, and flows in the spiral channel after impacting the water surface. The airflow impacts the water in the lower part of the shell, producing spray and mist, which move with the airflow and form a water film of 3~5m/s on the inner wall of the shell. When spray and water film meet with dust, dust particles will be captured. Under the action of centrifugal force, dust particles and water mist are thrown onto the water film on the fairy wall of the shell and then flow into the lower tank.
