Can the purple sand fish tank in the southern roof garden raise fish?

Not so good.

First, do a good job of sun protection.

The sunshine on the roof is relatively large, and the water temperature in the fish pond is easy to be high, and the water quality is easy to deteriorate. If fish can't stand it, they will get sick and die. Above the fish pond, you can use a sunshade net to shade the sun, or you can use other things such as boards to block the sun. Be careful not to cover it all, as long as the area where the sun can shine directly at noon does not exceed 10% of the total area of the fish pond.

The second point is the selection of breeding varieties.

You can choose better varieties, such as carp, crucian carp, tilapia, catfish, loach, snakehead and so on. Number of single carp: 3-5 per square meter. Crucian carp can be more, per square meter 10- 15. Tilapia 12 per square meter. Catfish can increase the density by 30-40 per square meter. There are 100 loaches per square meter-150 loaches. 30 snakeheads per square meter.

The third point is water level management.

When the fish was young, the water depth was 30CM. As the fish grow up, the water level can be gradually deepened, and the deepest water level is 60CM.

Fourth, put an ecological floating bed.

The area of ecological floating bed accounts for 15% of the total area of fish ponds. Planting some aquatic plants such as water spinach can improve water quality! In order to prevent fish from eating roots, a net can be added under the floating bed.

Fifth, change water reasonably.

The water quality of fish ponds will deteriorate after a long time of cultivation, and new water needs to be replaced. Tap water cannot be directly injected into the fish pond, but can be put in a bucket for one day and then poured into the fish pond. Before adding new water, drain the bottom sewage and pump it dry with a small pump. It is enough to add new sewage every time, accounting for about 10%- 15% of the total water in the fish pond, so as not to cause too much change in the water environment and affect the normal growth of fish! It is usually good to do it once every 3 or 4 days, at least once a week.

Sixth, the management of feeding quantity.

Feeding fish is better than being hungry! Feed only 1%- 1.2% of the fish's weight every day. Feeding too many fish is easy to get sick. The total amount of a day is set and can be fed in two or three times.
