How to store cowpea to keep it fresh

1, How to store cowpeas:

(1) seal preservation method:

Put the bought fresh cowpeas into plastic bags or fresh-keeping bags, tie the bags tightly and put them in the freezer.

This storage method can be stored for 5 ~ 7 days, but after a long time, brown spots will gradually appear. One more thing to be reminded is that fresh cowpeas can't have water on the surface when they are put into bags.

2 sprinkler preservation method:

Put the cowpea in a perforated plastic bag and keep it in a cool place. Sprinkle a little water on it by hand every day. This fresh-keeping method takes a short time, can be kept fresh for 2 ~ 3 days, and is suitable for cowpea fresh-keeping at room temperature.
