Who is the ancestor of all gods?

The ancestor of all gods is Pangu.

Pangu, also known as Pangu, is the creation god in ancient Chinese myths and legends. He was born from chaos shaped like a chicken egg. After waking up from a deep sleep, the two qi, clear and turbid, spread up and down to form heaven and earth. Finally, he collapsed due to exhaustion, and his voice, breath, and various parts of his body turned into all things in the world. The Pangu myth was first spread as folklore to the Eastern Han Dynasty, and it was not until the Three Kingdoms period that written records appeared.

It was first seen in the "San Wu Li Ji" written by Xu Zheng, a Wu native of the Three Kingdoms, quoted in "Yi Wen Lei Ju" of the Tang Dynasty. The belief is mainly popular in Tongbai and Biyang areas. According to the "Five Yun Calendar" records, Pangu was the first human-shaped god in the world. He appeared as a man with four limbs, five bodies, and hair and beard. "Shu Yi Ji" records that the entire world is the incarnation of Pangu, with the head as the four mountains, the eyes as the sun and the moon, and the hair as the vegetation.
