Since dangxiang originated from many branches, it was widely distributed in Jin (now Taiyuan, Shanxi), Lu (now Qufu, Shandong), Zhou (now Luoyang, Henan) and other places in the pre-Qin period. The three clans were divided into Jin, Qin and Han dynasties, and the distribution of Tangut gradually expanded. Today, Party members have moved to Shaanxi and Hebei.
During the Han and Wei Dynasties, the original surnames of the Qiang nationality, such as Lei, Dang and Bumeng, moved to Guanzhong and lived with the local Han nationality, but they still retained their aristocratic status and later merged into the Han nationality. The place where the Dang family lived after moving in belonged to Fengyi County in the Han Dynasty, and later Fengyi was the hope of the county, which has been with us ever since. In the Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties, this kind of inward migration increased. In Shanxi, Henan and other places, Qiang families once lived in it, which is difficult to distinguish from Han people.
During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the development of the Dang clan reached a climax, and celebrities came forth in large numbers, especially in Tongzhou (Feng Yi, renamed Tongzhou in the Sui Dynasty). During the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties, the country was in turmoil, and Shaanxi, as the capital of the country, was the hardest hit by the war. Some clan members were forced to move to southern provinces such as Sichuan, Hubei, Hunan and Jiangsu, and some clan members from the same state moved to Taian, Shandong. The famous Party in the Jin Dynasty was the descendant of this branch of the Qian Party family.
After the Southern Song Dynasty, the number of people who fled the chaos and entered the southern land gradually increased, and there were also party activities in Jiangxi, Fujian and other provinces.
In the early Ming Dynasty, the Dang family in Shanxi moved to Shaanxi, Gansu, Hebei, Henan, Shandong and other places. After the mid-Ming Dynasty, Party members entered Taiwan Province Province, Guangdong Province and Southeast Asia. At the end of the Ming Dynasty, clans migrated northward from Quwo County, Shanxi Province. There are about 2000 people scattered in the 20th century. Xinfeng built Nanfeng Temple, Zhonghe built Jian 'an Temple, Lidong built Taitang Temple and Lunan built Nanshan Temple.
During and after the reign of Qing Kang Gan, some poor party member from Hebei, Shandong and Henan entered the three northeastern provinces. During the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty, the poor in Shanxi and Shaanxi moved to Inner Mongolia to make a living, and some party members also settled down. During the Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, there was a famine in Shaanxi, and the descendants of Nanshan used the remaining sacrifices to help Liang Zhuzao of Jin Duo County write an inscription for the HP disaster area.
Contemporary Dang clans are distributed all over the country, especially in Shaanxi, Shandong, Shanxi and Yunnan. Among them, Dangjia Village in Hancheng, Shaanxi Province shines brightly in a corner of the land of Qin and Shaanxi, and is famous as a "house treasure" in recent years. In ancient times, people there built halls and mansions, fortresses and towers, and attached themselves to their incense and wealth; Today, their descendants have repaired the city walls, accepted tourists, and are still sticking to the houses left by their ancestors and the ancient customs that are about to be indifferent.
Today, clan members are widely distributed all over the country, especially in Shaanxi.
