Crystal bowl cakes are easy to make.

Third, the formula:
Take 500 grams (1 kg) of rice cake powder as an example, and sugar100-150g (2-3 Liang), such as 250-300g for mung bean or red bean cake,1100g (. Take your first experiment as an example: 50 grams of cake powder (1), sugar 10- 15 grams (2-3 yuan), water 1 10 grams, and fruit syrup 1 gram.
Fourth, the operation process:
1. Weigh raw materials according to the formula. First, take one third of the water in the formula, boil, stir and dissolve the white sugar. After cooling, it is mixed with the remaining two-thirds of water, poured into a container filled with glutinous rice cake powder, stirred while pouring until it is completely stirred evenly, and then a very small amount of fruit syrup or concentrated fruit juice is added and stirred evenly to form powder slurry for later use. If you make mung bean or red bean cake, you don't need to add fruit flavor.
2. Before making paste, put a proper amount of water in the iron pot of the steamer to boil. Put a bowl in the steamer and turn on the water in the steamer for later use.
3. Immediately after stirring, put the prepared glutinous rice paste into a portable kettle with a mouth and quickly pour it into each bowl in the steamer. Each bowl is 80% full, and the pot should be shaken to half to avoid paste precipitation in the pot. After the bowls in each steamer are filled with paste, the steamer cover can be added with medium and small fire.
