Huajing, at the southernmost tip of Xuhui, is the only plate in Xuhui that extends outside the outer ring. It borders Minhang in the west and Linsan in Pudong across the river in the east. Although they are all in Xuhui, they are neither the bustling Xujiahui nor the hengshan road Fuxing Road of Petty bourgeoisie. As the most biased plate in Xuhui, this dilapidated residential area at the junction of the two districts, in this wave of Shanghai property market rise, the price of commercial housing rushed to 654.38+million, and the number of relocated houses reached 70,000 to 80,000.
Huajing lies in its late-comer advantage. Because Xuhui District is mature enough, there are not many contiguous lands available for development. As a plate with most areas outside the outer ring, Huajing has planned four rail crossings here. At present, line 15 has been opened. In the planning, Huajing will also open 19 line, line 23 and airport connection line. After all the opening, Huajing will become a four-track intersection plate, which is one of the plates with the highest intersection density of outer tracks.
