Brief introduction of Mayi Mountain

Basic overview Mayi Mountain is located in Haixing County, Hebei Province. Mayi Mountain looks at Qilu in the south, Bohai Sea in the east, 20 kilometers away from Cangzhou Dagang by Beijing and Tianjin in the north and 5 kilometers away from Haixing County in the east. Mount Mayi, also known as hill, was formed in the late Quaternary volcanic eruption in 2000-30000. It is the intersection of Jiuhe and Jiuhe culture. It was formed by multi-stage volcanic eruption and accumulation, and it is the most direct evidence of fault activity in Bohai Basin. Its typicality, diversity and naturalness are unique in plain areas and rare in China. This is a geological relic area with great scientific and social value. A large number of ancient cultural relics and fossils were excavated near this hill, which provided important reference value for the study of ancient history and culture.
