Introduction of Dayangquan Village
Dayangquan Village, Yijing Town, a suburb of Yangquan City, Shanxi Province, is13km away from the resident of the district government. Deyu City was called Deyu City in ancient times. Later, because there are many springs and beautiful scenery here, the well water in Shanggang in the village gushed out from the ground, so it was named Yangquan, which is homophonic and called Yangquan, hence the name Yangquan City. "Spring Scenery in Yangquan" is one of the eight ancient scenes. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, the village was divided into two villages: Dayangquan and Xiaoyangquan, which were bounded by the ancient temple of Beisigou in the village. Big Yangquan is located in the south of small Yangquan, and the village is big, hence the name.
