Liu Bowen built a shrine to protect the village. What was the result after the villagers filled it out?

Wang Bo wrote in the preface to Wang Teng-ting: "Everything is precious, and the dragon light shoots the bull market; Outstanding people, Xu Ru got off Chen Fan's couch. As the poem says, when people say that a place is outstanding, they usually associate it with' Feng Shui'. For example, Niu Su and Dou Su in the' Bullfighting Market' are all places where the stars are full of purple and can influence people or things on the ground.

Nowadays, Feng Shui is gradually declining, and many people no longer pay attention to the art of Feng Shui, but in fact, Feng Shui is not a superstition, it has an inseparable relationship with nature and belongs to a philosophy that studies the laws of the environment and the universe. In Wuyi County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, there is a unique' Taiji Star Village' Yuyuan Village in China. According to legend, it was built by Liu Bowen, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and geomantic mysteries can be seen everywhere.

In the early Ming Dynasty, Liu Bowen and Yulai of Yuyuan Village became close friends. Due to frequent droughts and floods in the village, Yulai asked Liu Bowen to help him look at the geomantic omen in the village. After Liu Bowen saw it, he changed the stream at the entrance of the village into a winding stream, and designed the "Artest Yin and Yang Pool Map" with the stream as the boundary, which is still preserved in the village. At the same time, Liu Bowen also designed the astrological gossip layout of the village, and set up 28 constellations, Seven Stars Well and Qixingtang.

After the transformation of Liu Bowen, Yuyuan Village has become a magical existence. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were 293 scholars, juren and scholar here. Famous artists such as Song Lian, Feng Menglong and Ling Mengchu also wrote the Imperial Garden into their works. Moreover, the ancient buildings here are well preserved, perhaps out of awe, and almost no one will change the monuments of Yuyuan Village at will. It is reported that there are more than 1000 ancient buildings in the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, which have precious historical and cultural values.

In addition, there are many mysterious rumors in Yuyuan Village. For example, after the Taidi River reform, there has never been a drought or flood disaster in the village. The nine-carved carp in Shengyuan Hall will change color with climate change; It must rain on June 26 of the lunar calendar every year; Yu's ancestral hall has no cobwebs all year round, so birds can't stay ... Of course, the most magical thing is the legend of' Seven Stars Hall'.

Seven-Star Hall, also called Seven-Star Temple, is located in Shangcaiyuan, the big vegetable garden, Liufengtang, Shuidutang, Xia Tian, Shangquan and Xia Quan in the village, corresponding to the Big Dipper in the sky. Qikou Hall was also designed by Liu Bowen, with a history of 500 to 600 years. The old man in the village said that Qikoutang can bless the village with good weather and can't be buried casually.

But some people don't believe in evil. In the early 1940s, a villager named Yu Zufang went out to make a living and came back. Because he has lived outside for many years, he has lost respect for all kinds of "superstitions" and "rules" in the village. When redecorating the old house, he felt that there was a pond next to the house, which would affect the access and make the house wet, so he wanted to fill it up.

At this time, the old man in the village advised him not to touch the pond, because it was only one of the seven-star ponds, and filling it up rashly would destroy the original Feng Shui. Yu Zufang refused to listen to advice and insisted on filling the pond. As a result, the gable of his ancestral home suddenly collapsed in the middle. Yu Zufang's daylights out quickly dug up the pond again.

Whether these legends are true or not, Feng Shui theory contains a lot of knowledge of astronomy and geography, and it can really make some changes to foreign objects, so we can't rashly cover it up with' superstition'. Of course, in addition to Feng Shui, Yuyuan Village is also an ancient village with a large number of precious historical sites, which deserve people's care and protection of its original appearance.
