According to legend, Yulong and Jinfeng in the sky found a piece of white jade on Xiandao near the Milky Way. They pondered together for many years, and white jade became a bright pearl. Wherever this orb goes, trees are evergreen and flowers are in full bloom.

However, when the orb was discovered by the Queen Mother, the Queen Mother sent heavenly soldiers to take it away. Yulong and Jinfeng hurried to get the orb, but the Queen Mother refused, so a fight broke out. As soon as the Queen Mother's hand was released, the pearl fell to the ground and became a sparkling West Lake. Yulong and Jinfeng also descended to the world and became Jade Dragon Mountain (Jade Emperor Mountain) and Phoenix Mountain.

2. Panshan

It is said that Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty once visited Panshan after returning from a war. Li Jing, the general who followed him, was infatuated with Panshan Mountain. After returning to Beijing, Li Jing got the permission of the emperor, gave up his official position and returned to Panshan to support the elderly.

Li Jing became a monk at the foot of the sword dance peak in Panshan Mountain and built three thatched cottages, which were later renamed Song Wan Temple. Since then, many emperors and officials have visited here and built many palaces and pavilions. Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty built a grand palace "Gyeonggi Mountain Villa" here, but unfortunately many of these monuments were destroyed by war.

There are five peaks, eight stones, seventy-two Buddha statues and thirteen exquisite pagodas in Panshan Mountain. The main peak hanging on the moon peak is the main peak of Panshan Mountain, which is as steep as a knife. There is an ancient Dingguang stupa on the mountain. According to legend, the light of Buddha's lantern shines on every New Year's Eve.

3. Widows' Building

When Qi Jiguang commanded the construction of the Great Wall, he once recruited a soldier from Henan. Among them, the wives of twelve soldiers went to the border to find their husbands after seeing that their husbands had not returned for several years and there was no news.

They went through a lot of hardships and finally came to the Great Wall in Jizhou, only to learn that all their husbands had given their lives for the construction of the Great Wall. They were so sad that they cried at the grave.

Qi Jiguang, the company commander of Jiyun Town, visited the Great Wall and passed by. Seeing this scene, he inquired about the situation, immediately dismounted and came to them to encourage them, and gave them a pension, so that they could go back and raise their children to prevent their old age.

That night, they suppressed their grief and decided to inherit their husband's ambition, share their worries for the country, give a pension as the cost of building the Great Wall, and stay to participate in the construction of the Great Wall.

Finally, they built this watchtower. In memory of these heroines 12, people call this watchtower "Widow's Building".

4. Zhao Zhouqiao

According to legend, a long time ago, five miles south of Zhao County, Hebei Province, there was a big river named Yanhe. Weihe River originates from Jingxing Mountain in the west of Hebei Province.

In ancient times, its water potential was great. Every summer and autumn, when heavy rain comes, rain and mountain springs flow down together, and several rivers meet along the way to form a turbulent torrent.

Therefore, residents and pedestrians on both sides of the Weihe River find it inconvenient.

This difficulty of the people in Zhaoxian County was known by the famous craftsman Lu Ban. He came from afar specially and used his superb technology to build this Zhaozhou Dashiqiao overnight.

5. Kunming Lake

Once upon a time, there was a fairy named Kunming. She is the daughter of the God in charge of the four seasons. Kunming was allowed to go to spring on 18. She saw the beautiful scenery of the lake, missed the time of spring release, and let spring spread from the lake to the whole earth.
