Guangdong is located at the southernmost tip of the mainland of China, with a land range of 20 09 ′ ~ 25 31′ north latitude and 0/09 45 ′ ~17 20 ′ east longitude. From east to west, it borders Fujian Province, Jiangxi Province, Hunan Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions; The southwest end faces Hainan Province across Qiongzhou Strait.
