Brief introduction of king Kwanza

It is said that (unverified) during the Cultural Revolution, on the afternoon of May 12 in the midsummer of/966, the "solemn statue of opening a fund for precious national treasures" was moved to Hong Kong by Gu Anqing, and was carried to the temple for worship the next day. Now it is protected by Gu's collection, dedicated to the sacred driving and sacrificed in the Spring and Autumn Period. The following figure

Guo's idol-Li Zunwang (father of King Guangze)

Born: February 9, Guanghua, Tang Dynasty.

Pawn: the first day of October in the first year of Changxing in the late Tang Dynasty.

According to Gu Anqing, the statue of Guo was originally enshrined in Kaiyuan Temple in Hong Kong. 1992, when he was traveling in Taiwan Province, he was borrowed by Bacon, then director of the Sharu Security Department in Taichung County, from Wang Taijinshen Town Palace, and later reported it lost and refused to return it. His whereabouts are still unknown.

King Kwanzaa was born on February 22, the first year of Tongguang in the later Tang Dynasty (923). Jin Valley in Xiaoxichang, Nan 'an County, Quanzhou District, Fujian Province (now Anxi County). He is a descendant of Guo Ziyi, the king of Fenyang in the Tang Dynasty. His father's name is Guo Liang and his mother's name is Lin Sunny. Both parents are employed by the landlord surnamed Yang. He lost his father at the age of seven, and his family was poor, helping the landlord graze.

The land surnamed Yang mainly moved to the ancestral grave, so he hired a master (whose name is unknown, just say Cui Yun) who is proficient in Feng Shui to choose the land. But the landlord was stingy by nature and didn't treat the Feng Shui master well. He even cooked the dead sheep that fell into the toilet for the feng shui master to eat. The Feng Shui master flew into a rage when he learned that he was so insulted by the landlord. Instead of helping the landlord choose to be reburied, he told the kind and honest Guo Mutong about the rare "centipede hole in the sheep shed".

After burying his father's bones, the shepherd boy left the Yang family with his mother and moved to Shishi Mountain in Nan 'an, Quanzhou, Fujian. He meditated on the mountain day and night, but he ascended to heaven in meditation because of the shadow of Feng Shui in front of his father's grave and his own efforts. The shepherd boy's mother found something was wrong. When she saw him flying cross-legged, she pulled his left foot to stop him from leaving, but she was still pulled down and became immortal. Therefore, its statue is a cross-legged foot with a drooping foot.

After Guo Chengxian, he repeatedly performed miracles and was respected by emperors of past dynasties. According to the records of Guo Shan Hall in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, when Song Gaozong caught fire in a palace, it was first blocked to worship the king to put out the fire and save the car. Later, Song Ningzong and Song Lizong were both blocked, and Song Ningzong named his parents "Wang Tai" and "Taifei".

Every year in the eighth month of the lunar calendar, there will be a memorial service for the ancestors of King Guangze. Believers from all over the country came to Anxi County, Quanzhou, southern Fujian to pay homage to the ancestors of King Guangze. When "offering sacrifices to ancestors", the landlord "Yang Lingyuan" was offered first to show that he did not forget his early years. After Yang Gong's sacrifice, believers supported the statue of the king, worshipped the tomb of the king's ancestors, and then left.
