Which two rivers meet in Chongqing?

At the intersection of the Yangtze River and Jialing River in Chongqing, there is a natural landscape of "yin and yang water", which makes the river clear and turbid. Jialing River is a tributary of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, named after it flows through the Jialing River Valley in the northeast of Fengxian County, Shaanxi Province. The main tributaries are: Ba Du, Xihanshui, Bailong River, Qujiang River and Fujiang River. With a total length of1.345km, the main stream has a drainage area of 39,200km2, and the drainage area is1.600km2. It is the largest tributary of the Yangtze River, second only to Yalong River in length and second only to Minjiang River in flow.

The Yangtze River originates from the "roof of the world"-the southwest side of Gladden Peak in Tanggula Mountain on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
