Zongzi, in particular, is more delicious than the triangular zongzi sold in the supermarket. Their zongzi is not made on the Dragon Boat Festival, but usually on small festivals or when children come back from the city. For example, Chinese New Year, July and a half of the lunar calendar, Dragon Boat Festival and so on. Basically, every family does it.

There are ducks and chickens raised in the countryside, and their own millet, spicy food, bamboo shoots and glutinous rice are all delicious. And the oily tofu on the street is several times more delicious than that sold in the city.
