Eco-tourism in Shangzhai Village

Shangzhai village is located in Leifeng town, which is unknown because of the rugged mountain road. In recent years, with the rise of tourism fever, some people began to look for secluded places, and the strange landscape here was gradually unveiled.

From Chengguan to Leifeng Town, the driving distance is 10 kilometers. Get off the bus and you will know the direction of Shangzhai Village. Driving on a narrow mountain road, the road conditions are getting worse and worse, but the scenery outside the window is charming. Distant mountains, green bamboos, and refreshing pastoral fragrance come to our faces, making people forget the fatigue of the journey for the time being. Climbing a high mountain, I finally arrived at Shangzhai Village, only to see the odometer to know that I had walked another 22 kilometers. There is a high and steep cliff near the entrance to the village. The gray-black cliff is dotted with short pine trees and red azaleas, just like dressing a serious old man with colorful clothes, which has a strange beauty. The villagers said that one side of Shangzhai Village is Tuyunqi Mountain with an altitude of 1.606 meters, and the other three sides are cliffs. Feng Shui called this dangerous geographical environment "an oil lamp hanging on the wall". During the war, as long as the villagers keep two intersections, they will "keep one and ten thousand people can't force it"; The 100 mu of fertile land in the village can make the villagers worry about food and clothing, which is really like a paradise.

The most noteworthy is the boulder near the top of the mountain, which is 70 meters long and 60 meters wide. The boulder is flat as a plate, and traces of time remain on the gray skin, which looks like a grain drying field made of cement from a distance. The villagers who led the way said that this used to be the place where the troops were stationed. 1939, there was a fierce battle between the Kuomintang army and the local militia, and both sides suffered heavy casualties. Standing on the top of the mountain, watching the birds singing (Zhu) floating in the distance and watching the idle clouds coming out of the cave, it is really difficult to connect this leisure with the bloody war that year.

Walk around the village, if not, the east, west and south of the village are cliffs hundreds of meters deep. Standing on the cliff, the foot is steep, as if in the clouds, flying; Overlooking the ravine, it makes people dizzy and afraid to breathe. There is a huge stone next to Shangzhai Village Primary School, called "Sun Lunatone", which is the size of two basketball courts, and there are many strange footprints of animals and people on it. Why is it called "basking in Lunatone"? According to the villagers, men, women and children used to enjoy the cool air on the rocks in the past summer nights. The cool wind was slow, and they felt chilly after sitting for a long time. When the moon comes out, people will feel warm, just like sunbathing in winter, so people call this stone "sunbathing in Lunatone".

In fact, the whole village is located on a boulder, and "basking in Lunatone" is just the tip of the iceberg. Standing on the "Sun Lunatone" and looking around, I found that the village was like a huge plate. Circular stone walls are inserted obliquely in the village, and more boulders are buried deep in the flat fields. One or two stones are slightly exposed in the field, indicating that there are huge stones everywhere in the village. Opposite Sun is the Tiger Mouth Stone. There is a crack in the middle of the stone wall, seven or eight meters long and only 10 cm wide, which is unfathomable. Legend has it that when villagers first moved here to live, every time they celebrated the "Ghost Festival" (July 30), there would be one less person in the village. Later, a clever villager found that it was the "Tiger Mouth Stone" that caused the disaster, so he began to demolish and rebuild the houses in the village, and the beams pointed directly at the "Tiger Mouth". Since then, people in the village have never disappeared for no reason. Standing on the "Tiger Mouth Stone", we can see that until now, the house next to the Tiger Mouth Stone still maintains the architectural style of the pillar pointing directly at the "Tiger Mouth".

Bypass the tiger's mouth stone and come to the cliff in the west of the village. Looking down, I took a deep breath. This is 100 meters deep. There is a protruding stone on the cliff, like a naive hippo, which seems to jump over the wall.

The cliff in front of the village is relatively flat, but there is a stone wall about 200 meters long and 100 meters high across the stream, which looks like a sleeping elephant, so it is called "Elephant Peak". Its eyes, nose and ears are lifelike.

Walking along the only stream in the village, the stream went outside the village and the scenery became more and more beautiful. The ancient trees are towering, the stone path is long, and the most beautiful is Qingxi. After leaving the village, the stream formed a waterfall and washed out pools of different depths and shapes. The strangest thing is the waterfall. It stands to reason that the downward flow of water will not have much impact on the stone wall on the left bank. But there is a sunken hole in the stone wall on the left bank, which is extremely symmetrical. Both sides are inclined and sunken to the middle, and even the changing texture is consistent, just like an open clam shell. Legend has it that the sea clam fairy missed the time to return to the Dragon Palace because of her nostalgia for the beautiful scenery on earth in Shangzhai, and stayed in Shangzhai Village forever. Legend belongs to legend, but the interesting landscape of clam cave is amazing.

The stream slowly turned to the cliff in the east, suddenly jumped and fell into the abyss. Because this is the end of the stream in Shangzhai Village, it is called Shuiwei Waterfall. Although the stream is not big, the momentum of falling hundreds of meters from the cliff is also shocking. Standing on the opposite cliff, Shuiwei Waterfall, like the white ribbon of Feixian, flutters gently with the wind on the cliff, which makes people think a lot.

Climbing up from Shangzhai village at an altitude of 922 meters, you take Niulu, which means there is almost no road. It is very difficult to go straight through the forest. At first, there was a stream in the ravine to quench your thirst. With the increase of altitude, the water source gradually becomes smaller. There are low pine trees along the way, and the crown is like an unfolding mushroom. The wind is blowing, and the pines are like muffled thunder. Strangely, the dead pine trees are like wood carvings of different shapes, which seem to have to fight against the strong wind for decades on this mountain. Walking in the mountains, some sections look from left to right, completely cliffs. If you fall, almost nothing can stop your body, which is very dangerous.

The higher you climb, the more difficult it is to walk. Walking through the primeval jungle, stepping on the soft leaves, the sun shines obliquely through the dense leaves, and the camellias are in full bloom not far away, which makes me feel very comfortable. There are all kinds of unknown alpine plants everywhere on the mountain, and unknown wild flowers can also be seen everywhere.

After nearly two hours of hard climbing, I finally reached the top of Tuyunqi Mountain. On the top of the mountain is a flat boulder, the size of nearly two basketball courts, surrounded by short pines. Surprisingly, there is a wetland on the boulder, which is overgrown with weeds and conserves water. The stone wall under the boulder can clearly see the traces left by the water scouring in the rainy season.

Looking into the distance, you can see the beautiful rolling mountains. Viewed from the foot of the mountain, Shangzhai Village is like a chessboard, with fields and houses scattered at random. Standing on Tuyunqi Peak, you can really feel the wonderful feeling that "all other mountains look short in the sky". .
