Production steps
1. Create image:
Make an image with a scanner or a digital camera, and set the image size (take PHOTOSHOP as an example): Click the "Image" menu->; Select Image Size to ensure that the image size is the actual size you want to print. In order to ensure the quality of printout, it is recommended that the resolution of the image be 300dpi.
2. Set the printer:
Put a page of T-shirt transfer paper in the paper feeder of the printer. Please note that the blank page must face up (print side), and the page with NCR line faces down.
Print image
Pay attention to the left and right mirror printing, and don't type on the back of the printing paper. Then as long as it is printed, it is the effect of photo quality.
To set printing parameters: select file-menu->; Page setup: click Printer, then click Properties to enter the printer properties window, and select main window, print quality type, printing paper type, photo quality glossy film, size and mirror image in the page setup. After confirming the above settings, click OK, and then select Print. The printer starts printing.
4. Crop the image:
After printing the image, cut it along the edge of the image with scissors.
5. Ironing image:
Set the electric iron to the cotton and linen position for preheating. Find a flat countertop, which can be a board, slate, etc. And be careful not to be too soft, not a high temperature resistant plastic plate. Then spread a towel or cotton cloth on it, and lay a pure cotton T-shirt in the center of the towel.
Iron towels and T-shirts to make sure there are no wrinkles or dents. Put the printed T-shirt transfer paper flat on the T-shirt with the image face down. First, start from a corner of the image and slowly move to the transfer paper of the T-shirt. The duration is about 30 seconds, and the force should be uniform. Repeat the same action to flatten the image, and then reinforce the edge of the image. This step requires continuous ironing along the periphery of the image with an electric iron. Please make sure that the strength is even. Then put down the iron and carefully uncover the corner of transfer paper. If the white paper rises and the pattern film remains on the clothes, it shows that the transfer time and pressure are appropriate. If the pattern film is found to follow, it means that there is not enough time. If the pattern film is found to be hairy, it means that the time is too long.
If you use a flatbed, you need to adjust the flatbed to 180 degrees for 30 seconds. Adjust the pressure to a tight state. When the temperature rises to the set temperature, put the clothes on the flat, put the transfer paper printed cotton cloth face down on the clothes, then put the high-temperature isolation cloth on it, press the flatbed, and turn on the flatbed when the time is up.
6. Tear off the paper from the T-shirt:
After finishing all ironing work, start from a corner while it is hot, and slowly tear the T-shirt transfer paper off the T-shirt. So your T-shirt is finished.
If the waiting time is too long, after the T-shirt cools, it may cause the problem that the T-shirt transfer paper is difficult to tear off from the T-shirt. There is no need to panic in this case, just heat it with an electric iron.
7, washing:
The printed pattern of clothes will have a layer of glue to the touch and will be relieved after washing for a few hours. However, this quality is still sticky compared with the effect of silk screen printing in clothing factories, which is the technical defect of personal production of hot stamping at present. Using laser extension technology can avoid this problem, but the equipment cost is too high.
Maintenance methods of T-shirts and cotton textiles after transfer printing
1. The transferred T-shirt will feel a little hard and will soften after washing.
It will take 2 hours to wash the newly processed T-shirts. Wash the clothes upside down.
3. Don't rub the surface of the T-shirt pattern by hand (the surface material of the pattern won't attach dirt).
4. Don't wash with detergent containing bleach.
5. Wash with warm water or cold water below 40 C. ..
6. Try not to use the washing machine.
7. Don't use the dryer to dry after washing.
8. Dry naturally, don't twist your clothes, and don't expose your T-shirt to the sun.
9. If clothes need ironing, you can use medium-temperature steam ironing after drying (high-temperature ironing with elastic fibers is not allowed, so as not to destroy the organizational structure of elastic fibers and affect the elastic effect of clothes). Don't iron directly on the pattern.
10. After ironing, don't stuff clothes into a small space. You can hang them on a hanger, or you can spread them flat to keep your clothes flat.
T-shirt transfer operation details
Supporting materials needed: electric iron (steam iron with holes below can't be used) and hair dryer.

First, the preparatory work:
(1) Edit the picture in the computer, and print the pattern on the T-shirt transfer paper with the 830u printer (pay attention to turn the pattern horizontally before printing).
(2) Blow dry the printed pattern with a hair dryer, and then cut it along the edge of the pattern with scissors or a paper cutter.
(3) Turn the electric iron to the highest grade, plug in the power supply and preheat the electric iron.
(4) Lay the T-shirt flat on a table with a flat surface and a tablecloth, and iron the T-shirt with an electric iron first (be careful not to put the T-shirt on an ironing board with a soft surface).
Second, the transfer:
(1) Put transfer paper with the image printed on it on a T-shirt with the pattern facing down, and put a piece of ordinary printing paper on the transfer paper for isolation.
(2) Press the heated electric iron on the printing paper for 20-30 seconds, and move it to other places evenly, paying attention to completely ironing the corners.
(3) After finishing all ironing work, please unplug the iron and put it in a safe place.
(4) After cooling for about one minute, slowly tear off the transfer paper backing paper of the T-shirt from a corner. Please note that if the cooling time is too long, it may be difficult to tear off the liner from the T-shirt.
(5) If you find that the ironing is not firm, you can re-attach the lining paper and repeat the ironing process until the picture is well combined with the fabric pattern, and there is no highlight effect.
(6) The whole transfer work is completed.
Maintenance of T-shirts: It is suggested that T-shirts should be backwashed and dried first, and detergent with color protection function should be used as much as possible, which can effectively maintain the picture quality of the transferred T-shirts.
