Changle shouyangshan

Shouyangshan is located at the intersection of Zhang Jiatan Village and Gujiping Village in Lianfeng Town, 34 kilometers southeast of Weiyuan County, with an altitude of 2 186-2509 meters. It is named after being at the top of the mountain and the sun shines first. It is famous for its wonderful scenery and is a magnificent pearl on the South Silk Road. At the end of Shang Dynasty and the beginning of Zhou Dynasty, two sons of Gu Zhujun, Boyi and Shu Qi, were famous all over the country.

Shouyangshan actually includes Lianfengshan Forest Park and the ancient tombs of Boyi and Shu Qi located in Xiangtanggou Village in the north. Due to misinformation for thousands of years, some people don't know that Lianfeng Mountain is the main body of shouyangshan. Boyi and Shu Qi lived here before their death and made a living by "shamefully eating Zhou Su" and collecting Cynanchum atratum. Located in Xiangtanggou, this scenic spot, formerly known as "shouyangshan", is actually the tomb of Boyi and Shu Qi. Later, the gate was rebuilt, and Lianfeng Mountain was officially named shouyangshan. The original "shouyangshan" was named "Yiqi Tomb". But in fact, this mountain is still called "Lotus Peak" because of habit, and it is also called "Red Deer Mountain" because there are groups of red deer in the forest.
