Supporting Buddha statues and bodhisattvas, like Feng Shui where flowers and plants are placed at home, also has a method orientation. If the method orientation is wrong, it will naturally not be rich. Try not to have lighters, electric lights and other things on the altar dedicated to Guanyin Bodhisattva. These practices will destroy the geomantic atmosphere around Guanyin Bodhisattva, so it must be treated with caution.
Guanyin is pure and flawless, so there are three things to do, one is not to go to the toilet; Second, not to the door; Three don't go to the dinner table. Therefore, Buddha statues such as Guanyin Bodhisattva cannot be placed in unclean places such as bedrooms, toilets, bathrooms and kitchens, but should be placed in more formal places such as living rooms. If conditions permit, a single room is the best.
Some other taboos
Do your homework at ordinary times, such as chanting Buddha's name, meditation, etc., and don't face north. We don't have that much energy to fill in because we are heading north to hell. If the door opens south, it is like sitting north to south; If the door opens north, it's like sitting south facing north. Don't worship in front of the window, in the bedroom, in the corner, near the toilet, at the bottom of the cabinet, etc. It should be noted that Guanyin and Buddha statues should not be placed in unclean places, for example, Guanyin Bodhisattva should not be facing the bathroom.
In many shops and restaurants, Guanyin and other gods, such as Guandi, are offered as sacrifices, which is actually inappropriate. Guanyin is the god of Buddhism, while Guandi is the hero idol worshipped by the people. Moreover, Guanyin is merciful, while Guandi is jealous of evil and makes contributions in blood. In addition, Guandi should face the gate, but Guanyin should "sit west to east".
