The memory of Wang Jiaping's descendants

Wang Jiaping Memorial Garden is the first cemetery where Wang Jiaping was recorded in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. It was once the highest-ranking imperial tomb in northern Shanxi in the Ming Dynasty. It is located 600 meters west of Heyangbao Village, Shanyin County, Jiulongwan, by the beautiful Sanggan River. The whole building was restored according to the plan of Yipin Daguan Cemetery in Ming Dynasty, and construction started on March 20 10, with a building area of18,000 square meters and an estimated investment of 9.8 million yuan. At present, the 6.8-meter-high main tomb and three small tombs, four halls for offering sacrifices and placing stone tablets, lifelike stone statues and beasts, a tourist reception center full of rich Shinto and stone carving culture atmosphere, and a 4.3-meter-high statue of Wang Jiaping carved by red sandstone have been built. Tombstones, epitaphs and some stone tablets are the original objects of the Ming Dynasty.

20 14 Wang Jiaping Memorial Park Wenkui Tower was successfully completed in June. After its completion, the tower became one of the landmark buildings in Shanyin County, which greatly enhanced the tourism cultural connotation of Wang Jiaping Memorial Park. The construction of Wang Jiaping Memorial Park not only protects the cultural relics, but also inherits the Yinshan context, which is of positive significance for promoting local culture and developing tourism industry.
