The reason why warm air is not hot is:
1, the water temperature won't come up.
If the water temperature is always very low, then the temperature of the warm air tank must be very low, and the wind blown out by the warm air tank will definitely not be hot, so the water temperature is the key. Look at the thermometer to know whether the water temperature is normal, about 90 degrees. If it's only 60 degrees, or the water thermometer has been at the lowest point, it's a fault. At this time, find the reason for the low water temperature. When the water temperature is normal, there will be warm air
The thermostat is broken.
One of the most common faults of low water temperature is that the thermostat is broken. It is always open and cannot be closed. The most common inspection method is to determine by comparing the temperature of the upper and lower water pipes. After running for a period of time after the fire, if the temperature of the upper and lower water pipes is similar and the water pipes are a little hot, it means that the thermostat is broken.
If the thermostat is normal, the upper water pipe should be hot and the lower water pipe should be cold before the thermostat is turned on. You can change the thermostat to make the water temperature normal and the warm air normal.
3. Insufficient coolant.
If the water temperature is normal, the warm air is still not hot. Because of the lack of coolant, although the water temperature is not high, the coolant entering the warm air tank will be reduced or even not circulated through the warm air tank. So the warm air cylinder is cold, and the wind blown out is also cold. As long as the coolant is added to the normal level, the warm air will be restored soon.
4. The heater water tank is blocked.
If the coolant level is normal, the heating box may be blocked. The simple inspection method is to check the temperature of the inlet and outlet pipes of the heating box. If the inlet pipe temperature is high and the outlet pipe temperature is low, it means that the warm air tank is blocked and the coolant cannot enter the tank. The heater tank needs to be dredged. If it can't be dredged, it should be replaced.
5. The air conditioner filter is dirty.
Dirty filter will affect the air volume, only the blower is blowing, but actually there is not much wind blowing, which is blocked by the dirty air conditioning core. In this way, although the air outlet is hot and windy, the car is not warm because the wind is small and the heat blown out is small.
6. The heating air is not adjusted correctly.
Especially for manual air conditioners, the knob for adjusting the temperature should point to the red area. The thicker the red line, the hotter the warm air, and the warm air just entering the red area will not be too hot.
