1 belongs to the Feng Shui Tower, and Yangshan officials hope to promote the development of literature with the help of Feng Shui. Believers believe that the tower has the magical functions of "prospering the local vein", "prospering the cultural movement" and "guarding the water mouth", and the two reconstructions can not be separated from the original site, which is really due to the need of Yangshan Feng Shui construction. The foothills in the direction of the Beijiang River outlet in the east of the county seat are low and the ground veins are weak, which is not conducive to gas storage and water accumulation. Man-made pagodas are used to supplement the ground vein, relieve floods and store auspicious gas. (I think the Yangshan Wenta Bridge under construction can also "guard the water mouth" to make Yangcheng's feng shui more ideal. ) In the second year (1795) when Yangshan Wenta was rebuilt, one Jinshi Zheng ranked third in Di Mei, followed by two others in the 25th year of Jiaqing (1820) and 15th year of Guangxu (1889). Yangshan imperial examination flourished in the period after the second reconstruction of Wenta.

Han Yu (768 ~ 824), born in Tang Heyang (now Meng County, Henan Province), was named Han Changli. Su Shi, an advocate of the ancient prose movement in the Tang Dynasty, called him "the decline of eight generations of literature" in the Song Dynasty, and Ming people called him the head of the eight masters in the Tang and Song Dynasties. He and Liu Zongyuan are also called "Liu Han" and are known as "literary giants" and "one hundred generations of literators". After his death, posthumous title became "Han Wengong". In order to commemorate Han Yu, Yangshan people formed a cultural landscape with Yangshan characteristics. There are mainly stories and legends such as poetry, worship of Korea, worship of Korea Union, and promotion of Han Yu to Yang. There are also scenic spots such as Xianling Mountain, Hangong Temple, Hanshan Academy, Xianlingmen, Hanjing Pavilion, Hanyu Memorial Hall and Wenta, as well as Hanyu Road, Sixian Road and Wenchang Road named after him. "Wengong" and "Wenta" really mean the same thing.
