(1) Drain the coolant in the cooling system.
(2) Remove the control board.
(3) Detach the cable fixing on the left side of the heater unit and remove the screws on the wire terminals.
(4) Unlock the wire connector behind the blower motor.
(5) Disconnect the vacuum tube and lighting wire behind the heater control device.
(6) Place a container under the engine and under the water supply pipe of the heater device behind the cylinder head.
(7) Disassemble the water supply pipe of the heater device behind the cylinder cover.
