Yuanbaoshan Town is located at the foot of Yuanbaoshan Mountain, bordering Jianping County of Liaoning Province in the east, Hongmiaozi Town of Hongshan District in the west, Fengshuigou Town in the northeast and Meilihe Town in the southwest, with a total area of 332.9 square kilometers.
