How often should Peugeot 4008 antifreeze be changed? How to change Peugeot 4008 antifreeze?

Use high-quality antifreeze and replace it once a year. If the operation time is short, it is recommended to replace it every two years or every 30,000 kilometers.

Before replacement, check whether there is any leakage in each pipeline, focusing on the five-way water pipe. The antifreeze is distributed to different parts of the car through the five-way pipe to play a role. If there is leakage, replace the water pipe or re-fix the interface according to the situation.

Drain the old liquid, add the clean water into the liquid storage tank to make it flow through the engine cooling system continuously, and then idle for 3 to 5 minutes to let the water circulate until the clean water flows out. Be careful not to forget to remove the heating water pipe and drain the water in the heating water tank.

After draining about 1 hour, add new liquid from the water pipe of the water tank (radiator) (this is the way to make antifreeze flow into the water tank quickly). Then add another bucket of antifreeze to the water storage tank. When it is almost full, it will stay in the car 10 minutes or so. Because some air is removed, the liquid level drops. At this time, antifreeze should be replenished to the highest mark of the storage tank.

Repeat the above process until the liquid level is stable between the upper and lower limits.
