How far is the grave from the high-voltage line?

According to Article 668 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), facilities such as high-voltage power towers should be connected with rural residential areas, cultural facilities, public health facilities, important ecological function areas, cultural relics protection units, scenic spots, tourist areas, water sources, forest fire belts, coastal shelterbelts, urban parks, green spaces, stadiums, schools, hospitals, kindergartens, welfare homes, welfare institutions for the disabled, cultural activity centers, etc. The legal protection distance of construction land such as surveying and mapping facilities, radio and television stations, communication facilities, water conservancy facilities, transportation facilities, energy facilities, industrial and mining enterprises and military facilities shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Specifically, according to Article 22 of the Rural Land Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the legal protection distance of facilities such as high-voltage towers from farmers' ancestral graves is 50 meters. This means that when building facilities such as high-voltage towers, we should ensure that the distance from farmers' graves is not less than 50 meters to ensure the safety and dignity of farmers' graves.
