Are the features of houses the same in the northern and southern hemispheres?

The nine features of houses in the northern and southern hemispheres are different.

The first step in determining the ninth house position of a house is to find the center point of the house, which is called "standing pole" in Feng Shui. The second step is to determine the eight directions of the house. Once the center point and eight directions are determined, the nine palaces of the house are also determined.

For a house with a square shape, the nine palace positions of the house are generally determined based on the directions of each palace shown in the square nine palace diagram, that is, the north of the house is the first palace of Kan, the southwest is the second palace of Kun, and the east is the second palace of Kun. The third palace is Zhen, the fourth palace is Xun in the southeast, the fifth palace is in the center, the sixth palace is Qian in the northwest, the seventh palace is due in the west, the eighth palace is Gen in the northeast, and the ninth palace is in the south.

When the house has bulges or depressions, appropriate adjustments must be made. If the bulge exceeds 2/3, it needs to be filled; if it is less than 1/3, it needs to be cut off. Similarly, if the concave part exceeds 2/3, it needs to be filled, and if it is less than 1/3, it can be ignored.
